Apollo-Ridge Middle School and Apollo-Ridge High School are proud to announce that students and staff have raised more than $2,200 to support a local family affected by a recent house fire.
In the days following the fire, students, faculty, and staff quickly organized a fundraising effort to assist the family as they begin the process of recovery. Through donations, school-based initiatives, and the generosity of the Apollo-Ridge community, the schools surpassed their initial goal, demonstrating the compassion and unity that define the district.
“This effort reflects the character of our students and staff,” said district leadership. “When members of our community face hardship, we come together to offer meaningful support.”
The funds collected will go directly to the family to help with immediate needs and ongoing recovery expenses.
Apollo-Ridge Middle and High Schools extend their sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to this effort and continue to keep the family in their thoughts during this challenging time.
