1st- Students will be participating in a mitosis activity; they will use a guided PowerPoint to complete the activity. At the end of class, they will take a short 6 point quiz on the phases of the cell cycle and mitosis.

3,4,8 - Students will be starting the Mitosis mini-unit. They will watch an 8 minute video from Amoeba sisters that describes the phases of the cell cycle and mitosis. After which, they will start a WebQuest. The WebQuest focuses on the 6 phases of the cell cycle and mitosis.
