-Students will check on their bacteria specimens at the beginning of class and record their data; they will focus on how many colonies are present after 72 hours of being in the incubator.

-Students will take notes on the Cell Cycle and Mitosis; they will complete a diagram depicting the phases of the Cell Cycle. Students need to be able to recognize the phases of the cycle and what occurs during each phase.
