District Volunteer Policy and Clearance Information

Please note the new Board Policy concerning volunteers within the school.  You can view our Volunteer Policy located on right side of this page.  Each clearance form is downloadable by clicking on the title of the form listed on the right side.  Volunteers must also complete the Volunteer Affirmation Form yearly and submit it to the Middle School Office.  Please note that all of the necessary clearances and/or forms must be submitted to the building principal and kept on file in the office in order for anyone to volunteer within the school.  Thank you for you time and willingness to help our students and school.
